Our History

WARREN ENTERPRISES LTD was originally founded in 1930 as a facility to support the tea and coffee plantations. In 1984 it was bought by H. YOUNG & CO (EA) LTD, part of the SAMEER GROUP. In 2013 WARREN became fully owned by Sameer Group of Companies.

warren enterprises WARREN has developed and established itself in the region as a fast growing and reputable Engineering Company and Contractor for Civil Works, Structural Steel Fabrication, Mechanical Installations and supply of Ready Mix Concrete. WARREN’s activities currently spread to Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, South Sudan, DR Congo, Zambia and Burundi.

WARREN is ISO 9001:2015 certified since March 2023.
WARREN won the TOP100 SME awards in 2009, 2011, 2012, 2016 and 2017.

WARREN’s ability to provide reliable service and to combine civil works with structural and mechanical installations under one roof has proved to be one of the main benefits for our clients.

Warren Enterprises Ltd factory and headquarters are located in Kasarani, Nairobi.

Warren Enterprises Ltd has a solid financial foundation and annual turnover in recent years has risen steadily. The current annual turnover is around Kshs. 700,000,000.
Warren Enterprises Ltd is able to meet all its financial and operational obligations. WARREN prides itself with delivering a quality product within the given
schedule. As such Warren Enterprises Ltd has no legal disputes.

Fabrication Facilities

Warren Enterprises Ltd 1930 is covered workshop of 6,800 square meters equipped with 4 overhead cranes for smooth material handling. All the necessary equipment for the steel industry is available in house. This includes a large amount of welding machines, rolling machines, presses and sheering machines to name
a few. In 2009 Warren Enterprises Ltd invested in a SMA Boom welding machine enabling
automatic welding, and a Steel Grit Shot blasting facility. An in-house production office for design, planning and QC is attached to the workshop. WARREN has a large group of qualified welders which enables us to meet international standards.
